Frequently Asked Questions

Reporting Damaged Bus Stops
Q: I’ve noticed a damaged bus shelter—who do I report it to?
If you spot a damaged or vandalised bus stop in Upper Lighthorne, thank you for taking the time to report it. Most bus shelters on major routes are maintained by Warwickshire County Council.

You can: - Call: 01926 412987
Visit: Warwickshire County Council Report It page: https://www.warwickshire.gov.uk/reportit

Please include: - The exact location of the bus stop - A brief description of the damage - If visible, the reference number printed on the shelter Some older shelters may be maintained by Warwick District Council or the bus operator, so if you're unsure, Warwickshire County Council is a good first point of contact.

Q: Can I report it through the Parish Council?
While the Parish Council doesn’t directly manage bus shelters, we’re happy to help chase up any concerns that aren't being acted on after you report them. Feel free to email us at clerk@upperlighthorneparish.gov.uk.
